Inês on a mountain ridge

Hello!

Since I remember, movement has been a constant in my life.

Yoga entered my life during university and quickly became my daily medicine. It had such a profound impact that 2 years later I took my first teacher training to begin sharing with others — a path that has been unfolding ever since.

Since 2016, I have been teaching and practicing across different countries, including Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria, Mexico and currently Panamá. Each place and experience continues to shape the way I listen and guide.

Alongside my teaching, I have been working as a bodywork therapist since 2018. My approach is rooted in a holistic understanding of the body, integrating touch, presence and awareness. I am also currently a first-year student of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I consider myself an explorer of movement, curious about the intelligence of the body, the stories it carries and the interconnected systems we are part of.

My Classes

Yoga: vinyasa inspired
and somatic approach

A mindful, vinyasa-based practice that blends fluid movement with somatic awareness.

These classes invite you to move with sensitivity, rather than force — building strength, mobility, and presence while staying connected to your body's signals.

Expect a balance between dynamic flow and slower, more exploratory moments, creating space to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and move with greater ease and coherence.

Open to all levels, with options to adapt the practice to your body.

Therapeutic movement

A therapeutic movement practice inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, designed to restore the natural flow of energy in the body.

Blending somatic awareness, breath, and Makko Ho (meridian stretches) to release tension, support mobility, and regulate the nervous system.

This practice is slow-paced and intentional, allowing space to feel, soften and reconnect.

Suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those seeking a more mindful, therapeutic approach to movement.

Therapeutic Bodywork Sessions

Zen Shiatsu & Moxibustion

Rhythmic pressure applied along meridians to regulate the flow of energy and support the body's natural healing processes.

Moxibustion (heat therapy) may be applied when appropriate.

This work can support conditions such as back and neck pain, digestive imbalances, fatigue, menstrual discomfort, and stress-related tension.

Therapeutic bodywork

A combination of massage, Shiatsu, and TCM techniques using gentle to medium pressure. Supports the release of muscular tension, improves mobility, and helps reduce chronic pain. (not deep tissue massage)

Reiki & Cranial work

Subtle, calming techniques that help down-regulate the nervous system and encourage deep rest. Particularly supportive for anxiety, sleep difficulties, and emotional overwhelm.

Each session is tailored to the individual, responding to your specific needs and condition.
