Since I remember, movement has been a constant in my life.
Yoga entered my life during university and quickly became my daily medicine. It had such a profound impact that 2 years later I took my first teacher training to begin sharing with others — a path that has been unfolding ever since.
Since 2016, I have been teaching and practicing across different countries, including Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria, Mexico and currently Panamá. Each place and experience continues to shape the way I listen and guide.
Alongside my teaching, I have been working as a bodywork therapist since 2018. My approach is rooted in a holistic understanding of the body, integrating touch, presence and awareness. I am also currently a first-year student of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I consider myself an explorer of movement, curious about the intelligence of the body, the stories it carries and the interconnected systems we are part of.
Honoring the roots of yoga while infusing a sense of playfulness and exploration, I invite you to make each practice your own unique journey of self-discovery.
A mindful, vinyasa-based practice that blends fluid movement with somatic awareness.
These classes invite you to move with sensitivity, rather than force — building strength, mobility, and presence while staying connected to your body's signals.
Expect a balance between dynamic flow and slower, more exploratory moments, creating space to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and move with greater ease and coherence.
Open to all levels, with options to adapt the practice to your body.
