Duration - 1 hour
It is very helpful once or twice a year to assess one-on-one where you are especially challenged with physical, mental or emotional blocks in your asana practice. As we address the tight places, chronic tensions or torques that you have, I find particular postures that are ideally suited for your particular challenges. In class and in your home practice, you can then work more specifically to suit your own needs.
